WINE MAKING / 葡萄酒釀造
All the grapes were hands picked. Grapes were selected grain by grain by hand. The fermentation was done in inox vat for 4 weeks. The wine aged in French oak for one year, and then blend.
采用人工采收,對葡萄進行逐粒精選。葡萄酒的發(fā)酵過程進行4周左右。發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的葡萄酒裝入小橡木桶,分開進行陳釀,再進行混合。
TASTING NOTES / 品酒記錄
Color: Carries blue purple dark color, have a bright wine tears.
色澤:酒液呈藍紫色,色深,單寧感強,酒體強壯,掛杯華麗。
Nose: Have strong attack of violet, red berries such as red berry, cherry. Tints of red pepper, mineral, cream, tobacco, spice flavor and felling of oriental medicine. Different aromas keep pumped out for 3 hours.
聞:開瓶后強烈的紅莓、櫻桃等紅色水果和紫羅蘭香味撲面而來,其中還藏有白胡椒和礦質(zhì)元素的味道,些許奶油味,煙草、香料中草藥的香氣,以及香草味。開瓶后三小時酒香還源源不斷地從杯中散發(fā)出來,香氣有復(fù)雜的層次感。
Mouth: Have suitable acidity and strong structure, heavy bodied, with silky tannins, elegant and insurgent. Perfect balance was achieved in the wine. Mouth flavor is very strong with long finish.
品嘗:入口后,酸度適宜,結(jié)構(gòu)感強,酒體厚重,單寧絲滑綿長,典雅且澎湃,達到完美平衡??谙阒杏袧庥舻南阄?,后味長。
